Online Donations

Thank you for your interest in the ALS Center at UCSF. Please click on the links below to make a donation through our secure online server using your American Express, MasterCard, or Visa.

You may make a gift in memory of a special family member or friend, or to honor someone on a special occasion. An automatic confirmation of your gift will be sent to the email address you provide and a receipt for your tax records will follow in the mail.

Click on the "Make a Gift" icon to create a secure connection to the UCSF Foundation in a separate window. The first ting you'll see on the donation page is the Choose A Designation button, which allows you to tell us how to spend the money.

Donations by Mail

Please make your check payable to the UCSF Foundation, and include " ALS Center" in the memo of your check. You may make a gift in memory of a special family member or friend, or to honor someone on a special occasion. Please also include the name of the individual on your check, or include a separate note.
