Thank you for considering a contribution to the UCSF Neurovascular Service and Neurocritical Care (Stoke). We can work with you to find the solution that best meets your philanthropic needs and intentions, including volunteering.
Insurance and patient fees cover only a fraction of the cost for our personalized treatment. Your contribution directly enables us to offer the highest quality of compassionate clinical care for patients and family members seen by a multidisciplinary team of experts.
In addition to patient care, the Stroke Sciences Group conducts high-impact scientific research and clinical trials to make breakthroughs and turn them into viable treatments. Gifts and pledges from individuals make this groundbreaking work possible.
We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, tax-exempt organization designated by the Internal Revenue Code. All gifts are tax deductible.

Secure Online Giving
Click the "Make a Gift" icon (to the right) to create a secure connection to our Foundation. The first thing you'll see on the donation page is the Choose a Designation button, which allows you to tell us how to spend the money.
How to Give by Mail
Please make your check payable to the UCSF Foundation, and include a brief statement on the memo of your check (such as "stroke research"). You will receive a confirmation note in the mail for your tax records.
